Maybe you could call DOT Region IV (524-1969 or 1528) to coordinate your visit. If you're taking a public transpo, take a bus going to Cavite City and it will pass by Aguinaldo Shrine. Buses: St. Raphael Transit, Saulog Transit, mini-buses parked infront of Baclaran Church.
