Can anyone tell me about this place? I read in tour guide, the place is open from 9am. Does it mean I can go there with kids? Would that be appropriate to take there 12 years old? Day or night time? Thanks to all in advance.

business hours:9AM to 5AM next day. 12 years old is ok. For your information.
