Playa del Carmen Travel Forum

Im heading out to Playa Del Carmen this weekend with a bunch of my buddys, anyone who has recently traveled there have recommendations? Need information on night clubs, parties, etc. Good food, discount tickets, and what to look out for. Thanks in advance!!

Try the Pirate Bar down on the beach for great cocktails and friendly staff - they have a nice wooden bar with swings around it (instead of normal bar stools).

Tequila Barrel on the main street has great food and is fantastic to sit and just watch the busy vibey main street!

Snorkelling off Cozumel island is phenomenal! Catch the ferry across and either join a group or get equipment and do it yourself. We went with a guide and saw the most amazing things, with perfect visibility!

And if walk further up from the main Playa beach (ie. left), after about 15min you'll find a really fantastic, busy, vibey bar with many lounging chairs and suspended beds from where to enjoy your drinks and the view.
