Hi,
I badly need some information before I arrive in Groningen on the 29th of August: 1. All the phone providers' websites are in Nederlaand. If I want to get a cellphone, which provider would you recommend. All I need is good customer service and quality product. I am willing to pay up to 50 Euros per month. 2.
