First of all congratulations on the baby!
So you are back in Portugal this year?
Nice to hear that.
I found there is an "inclusive tour" or IT fare from Lisboa to Azores which allows you to fly to three islands (price including airport taxes around Eur268). You may use both SATA and TAP flights, as it suits you best.
You can perfectly fly to São Miguel, Flores and Faial with that fare.
From Faial, Pico is a short trip by ferry. There is a connection to Sao Jorge from Faial or Pico (same boat).

our plans a little bit changed and we will go to Azores in august. Iam looking now for interesting offers wth fligths but unfortunatly i can not find any "exclusive tour" wth 3 islands. Could u explane for me, where and how should i look for those offers. I looked SATA and TAP sites, but did not find any thing.

To realise your trip, I think the best way is to visit a travel agency. From the mainland Portugal there are trips including three islands: São Miguel, Terceira and Faial. You can fly from Lisbon to Ponta Delgada, from there to Faial where you take the plane back to Lisbon.
