I read that fall season is not the best time to Azores.Could u tell what time is best to visit A. I went last years to Portugal at april 2005 and it was perfect time for us. But A. in the middle of Atlantic, so i must be a bit colder there?
I read that at off season farries trafic betwin some islands stop to work and it not the best time to watch Wails...

It never gets cold in Azores, the minimum you can expect in fall would be around 16-17 ºC. Maybe you get some rain, but it could happen also in summer.

To do whale watch, maybe it's not the ideal time, as the sea can be rough, but most of the ferries will be working. What ferries are you expecting to catch? What islands?

You will like Azores even in fall, I assure you.

now i think, that we could travel to A. next year 2007,perhaps spring time (april-may. And think that we will stay about 1-2 months there. So if it will anothe time so we would like to visit all islands. I go wth my husbant and lillte kid 1y.o Do u think it will god time for A. and safely for kid?

With that amount of tme, you will be able to visit all nine islands. The weather in April/May I guess it won't be much different from fall. You won't get cold, but maybe some rain that is always unpredictable.

Safely for kid? what do you mean exactly? Azores is a safe destination for kids.

i mean...insents,foot weather,food,to swim in ocean? In april my kid will get 1,3 y.o
