| Cuenca | Intercambio (Spanish-English language exchange) in Cuenca, Ecuador? Posted: Sun August 13, 2006 05:09 AM UTC
Next month (September), I'll be in Cuenca for 2 weeks taking Spanish lessons. During that time, I'd like to meet up with a native Spanish speaker who's interested in a language exchange to improve each other's conversational skills. I don't care if the person is male or female, old or young (but not too young). His or her English skills can be at a beginner level. I'm from Seattle and English (American) is my first language.
I know about the Abraham Lincoln Center and Si Centro which teaches English to Ecuadorians. However, from what I've gathered, most of their English students are young children. I prefer someone a little older. If anyone knows anyone in Cuenca or a place or Internet site where I can find someone who would like to do a language exchange, please let me know. |
