Hello all, nice to find a forum where questions are really answered.
Ok well here's my situation im heading to Guayaquil on 20th Aug to meet a friend I have 7 days and i want to get some kayaking and Rafting done. Unfortunatly I realise this is not the best base city as google earth has shown me its immediate surroundings are not as ideal as Quito, also the fact that I will be there in wet season(I think) would lead me to believe many rivers being too strong !? Anyone recommend anywhere nearby that is good for these, or any commpany they trust ? |

A good area for rafting is Banos, which is the most popular choice in Ecuador ... and the scenery is just amazing so it is very worthwhile.
