The website says that it is open Monday-Friday from 08.45-17.00 and on Saturday from 09.00-17.30. So assume it is closed on Sundays.

I've never seen a charity shop open on a Sunday.. unless Cambridge is different which I doubt.

The best charity shop for books is "Books for Amnesty" in Mill Road, but they are closed on Sundays.
I suspect on a Sunday you'll only find big bookshops such as Waterstones and Heffers open (from 11 to 5pm).
