Sorry I saw your Q so late! Just posted on Gettysburg Tips as a stop on every Gettysburg itinerary.
From Gettysburg Sq. US 30 @ Baltimore St., take Baltimore St. south about 5-6 blocks to "Y". Bear right at Y on to Steinwehr Avenue. Go straight on Steinwehr about 2 miles to Millerstown Rd on right. Turn on to Millerstown Rd straight 1.6 miles across second concrete road bridge make a left on to short gravel road. You are there. Park in lot near bridge. Bridge is accessible only to foot traffic. Enjoy! Take lots of pictures as this is a very scenic area and was used by both armies during the time of the Battle of Gettysburg.
