Cave tubing sounds great, and I´m headed to Belize City in a couple of days. How long was the ride from the city to the jungle? And do you remember where you found Ernesto? It would be great to get a city tour along with the tubing trip.

Hi,
There are adds all over for cave tubing - I'd book once you're down there. If you're looking for a great place to stay, rent a bunglalow at the Community Baboon Sanctuary. Its safe, clean, inexpensive, grocery store up the road, and offers AMAZING tours for cheap...The canoe ride is fantastic (guided)....Its a conservation project at the edge of the jungle (many wild monkey families...absolutely amazing..).
