Hello My name is Juan, and I will be travelling in 3 weeks to London and then to Harwich to take a Cruise. My question is, what is the best way in terms of time and money to get from London to Harwich and then from Harwich to Stansted Airport.

The train is the best and easiest option. You can take direct train from Liverpool Street to Harwich and when you come back go from Harwich to Stansted ( with one change).
