i really need help. i will be goin from delft to berlin. is NS train the best option? if yes i am clueless of which berlin station i should be chosing (i plan to stay in mitte) would really appreciate all replies.

You could also check with the bus: Eurolines. Cheaper.
http://www.eurolines.nl Their buses depart from Rotterdam train station which is a 10 min train ride from Delft. (4-6 trains per hour).

Don't choose any station. Use www.bahn.de, enter your hotel address in Berlin, and the system will say what station is the next to your address.

Yes Marcel, if it will be a train trip you end up at the new Berlin Hbf (not Berlin Zoo anymore).
