Hi!
Replica or fake designer handbags are illegal in the EU, but you already knew that! Of course there is your share of so-called "Ramsch-Läden" in the Innenstadt (downtown), where you can buy any number of things for less than 5 Euro. There isn't really a Turkish area in Aachen. The next nearby cities that really have Turkish quarters are Cologne and Duisburg (Kassler-Hochfeld).
