does anyone know what times the buses go from Skopje to Ohrid..

No, not exactly. But there were about 9-11 buses a day plying this route.

At most, you will wait 1-2 hours during the day.

Sorry, cannot say anything regarding hotels.

I stayed in a family homestay in the old part of Ohrid. Nice view of the lake, balcony, shared bath for Denari 450 (€7.5)in June.

The lady renting the room often meets tourists at the bus station. Ask for Skenderova Lence. I have the full address as well if you are interested in it.

No, I did not share the room. You rent the room and don`t share it with other guests. The room was basic but had a very nice view and a balcony. Bathroom was very clean but you share it with other guests. They only have two rooms to rent.

I only stayed two nights in Ohrid. Trpeca is a small village at the lake 30 min from Ohrid and I had a fabulous time there.

how long where you in Trepca for?

I stayed for 10 days in Trpejca and loved it. Wonderful swimming in the lake, very nice people, super friedly homestay, good and inexpensive restaurant and beautiful scenery. Not much to do at night though.

Do some research on Trpejca if you have some time to spend at lake Ohrid. I want to say hello to some friends in Trpejca so if you consider going there please let me know.
