Finding route from Budva to Saranda

We are hoping to travel from Budva to Saranda to catch a ferry to Corfu. Does anyone know of the best intinery to take? Thanks.

From Budva you have to go to Ulcinj, from Ulcinj you have to take a furgon or taxi to Shkodra, from Shkodra you have to take a bus to Tirana and from Tirana to Saranda, that's the only way I think you can do it.
