Trying to go from Iquitos(PE) to Belem (BR) anyway except on a cruise boat. Very little info I've been able to find, specially in the Iquitos-Manaus part of the trip. Wondering if there are any shipping boats or comercial boats that take on passengers?

Yes Luis,
You can get on a boat in Iquitos to Tabatinga and another one there to Manaus. They are not that confortable but the trip is nice. Nilson Paulo
