Considering St. Barth's for honeymoon starting July 2 next year. What do you all think - too risky? Too close to hurrican season? Or do hurricanes start later?

It's not too risky. Hurricane season officially starts June 1st. However, July 2 is still early in the season, and shouldn't be much risk. September and October are typically the most active months, and the likelihood of St. Bart's being in their path even then is very small.
