Why are you repeating this question on Monday when you already asked it on Friday and received 2 replies? Assuming that you are looking in the Vatican City forum, surely you can't have lost your question, which appears directly before this one?

Hi st Peters basilica is free entry, I think you have to pay a small fee to go up the dome. The Vatican Museums have an entry fee , approx 12 Euro. There is a waiting line for entry to St Peters, it takes longer for entry in Peak season as more people are visiting.
As for rail you can catch the train from the airport, will have to change lines to reach St Pietro station. You cannot take any bags into St Peters or Vatican city, I suggest you go to your accommodation first. You are welcome to view my Vatican City pages for further details and photos. Good Luck, Mikebb
