I am planning to spend 7-10 days during mid-November in Lugano. How is Lugano during November - misty, rainy, dark and dank or brighter? Please advise.

have a look at the Lugano-weather-averages at http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/world/city_guides/res It will not be very rainy (average 10 "wet days" in Nov.), but rather cool! Good Luck!
