What is the best way to travel from Hawaii and Beijing, China to Haikou. What airlines have the best deals from what airports while traveling to Haikou from Hawaii and Beijing. How is the weather in September of this year?

In September, yes, not so hot, about 30C. Are you planning to visit Hainan? or just for business? If you would visit Hainan, I think you could fly to Sanya directly from Beijing. No need to Haikou, not good tourist destination.

Im a little confused as to why you want to know the plane prices from Hawaii and Beijing to Haikou...Can you fly from Hawaii to Haikou? To find out prices from Beijing to Haikou go on www.yoee.com top right hand corner has the english button...for other flights to Beijing from Hawaii, well Im sure there is a plethora of info out there on the net..just got to search! But i wouldnt limit yourself to just one air line carrier once in Chian..look around, there are good prices to be found!
On another note..isnt hawaii just like Sanya in the respect that there are volcanos there..are you on the same level as Sanya?
