I would assume most major companies have rental cars in Lund. I would just suggest checking the prices of them all to find the cheapest.
I checked and Europcar, AVIS, and Hertz all seem to have places in Lund. Budget didn't. Not sure if I've forgotten any.

Yes, Statoil petrol stations (where they are big enough for car rentals) are usually a lot cheaper than the international companies!

Europcar, AVIS, and Hertz all have English versions I do believe.

actually i meant the statoil and okq8 ... No english versions in their webpages. Am i wrong?

No, that's why I gave you their phone number instead. They have two stations in Lund.

Last I rented a mini car from Statoil petrol stations.Yes,the price is the cheapest in Lund,only 315sek for 100km per day.
