Mostar visa at the border

I'm brazilian and have no diplomatic representation of BiH in my country. I want to know whether it's possible to obtain the visa at the Croatia border, coming from Dubrovnik by train or bus. What is needed?

If you cannot find the information at this site, I would go to the Web sites of Bosnian embassies in other countries such as the United States or England. Make sure you have an answer to your question before you leave on your trip.

Brazil is covered by the BiH embassy in Argentina, which is at Minones 2445
(1428) Cdad. Autonoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, tel + (54 11) 4896 0284, fax + (54 11) 4896 0351 e-mail ambih@fibertel.com.ar, www.embajadabh.org.ar.
I did a day trip to Mostar from Dubrovnik and a chap on the bus could have had problems if he had needed a visa - he didn't because he was resident in an EU Member State but he would have done if resident in his home country, and it certainly didn't look as though he could have got it at the border. If you were travelling from Zagreb, you could get it at the embassy there, but I would say you would do best to do it by post before you leave home. You can download the form from the embassy's website, http://www.embajadabh.org.ar/consular.htm#visas.
As a Brazilian citizen, it would appear you do need a visa, see http://www.mvp.gov.ba/index_eng.htm (then consular information, then Visas for BiH)
