| Leiden | Leiden Spas Posted: Mon July 17, 2006 03:47 PM UTC
Hi. I'm hoping to go to Leiden in September, for a wedding. I'm thinking of purchasing a gift certificate for a spa visit/massages for the couple. Can anyone recommend somewhere in Leiden that I could get into contact with and do this?
Thank you! |

Vitalizee in Scheveningen is a nice spa in the area. It is on the sea side.

There is a place just outside the center (very close) called Ceez (www.ceez.nl).
They do massage, manicure, etc and have also have 2 floating cabins. It is a large, closed bathtub filled with salted water that allows you to float. It is a weightlessness sensation and quite interesting. I have done it a couple of times. As I mentioned, there are 2 of them, so you could do it as a couple, however, they are in separate rooms. This place is no "spa", it is more a "beauty center", but the floating is quite unique. Not many places in this area have this. Bye, Ricardo
