Yes, there are many.
However, if you are talking about new housing (new subdivisions) then yes there are plently of them as well. Actually, there is housing soon to be under construction directly across from the Toyota plant. As for already completed new housing, there is Savanah Heights, Mission del Lago, Hunter's Pond, Monte Viejo, and others.

there are some new homes being built off 410 south or u can find some nice older ones in the are if you really look but closer to 410 the area where the toyota plant is pretty much vacant
