Nawiliwili Travel Forum

Are there any quality luau's to attend here. Doing a cruise in Jan. and wondered whether to do a Luau in Honolulu or Nawiliwili

I don't know about Nawiliwili, but I did the Paradise Cove luau near Honolulu and it was really cheesy. So I don't recommend that one...

The #1 top Luau without a doubt is Smith's -- If I understand correctly, I am quite sure that they DO have bus transportation directly from the Nawiliwili port to Smith's tropical gardens (where the luau is).

I've been to all the luaus on the island, and Smith's is just absolutely supreme, and the show is fantastic!!

May I ask which boat you are going on? I'm trying to build on my cruise ships page in my website -- and this is an area where I have little knowledge. I only know that I see the ships and the hoards of people that come off the ship (usually travelling the island via bus)

We loved the Smith's Family luau on Kauai. Not only the food and the show, but the gardens are spectacular. I recommend it!!
