We will only be able to spend one day in Victoria. We will come up on the Seattle ferry in the morning and leave that same evening. Will all of the shops be open on a Sunday or would it be better to go on a Friday or Saterday?

Most stores in downtown Victoria are open on Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00. That should leave you lots of time for shopping.

All of the shops are open on Sunday but only til about 5. The shops, markets, street vendors and performers will all be open much later on an Friday or Saturday.
