Know more about Netherlands

Hi I am the new comer here and I found VT by chance. I like travel and I am very happy to join this big family . I am in Shanghai,China. Since it is very difficult and complicated to get a visa to go abroad , I only travelled France and Italy this Feb. haha. I wish I could travel world wide . Now I am very interested in Netherlands. Hope I can be there soon. Especially Tilburg and Hilversum .. I am eager to know more about these 2 cities ..And I also want to learn some Dutch words . Does anybody here can help me ? I can teach you Chinese in return :) haha...

I can be of some assistance!
First of all, the Netherlands and Netherlands Antilles are an ocean apart.
Next, you might want to try typing "Tilburg" and "Hilversum" into the VT destination search submission space and click "Go!"
Finally, here is the Dutch word for "chicken": "kip"

Actually I know little about Netherlands. I only know Amsterdam , Hague , windmill, Tulip ... And I am interested in all the things related to Netherlands. Why especially Tilburg & Hilversum ? It is a secret .. :) haha ..

It's because she chats online with a Dutch boy in Hilversum and a Chinese restaurant in Tilburg is in need of a new waitress.

Here's another Dutch word: "geheim" = secret

Ofcourse you dont need to say sorry, its just our humour.
Often when I am in a foreign country I notice that people dont understand Dutch humour. Dont worry, but certainly dont be offended.
