According to travel-guides, Isabela coast is accessible only by boat from North (Cagayan) or South (Aurora). I have found a posting about a recently constructed road to a specific coastal resort but I can not find more info - and I forgot the name of the resort. Any help please? Is there any road to Isabela coast? According to travel-guides, Isabela coast is accessible only by boat from North (Cagayan) or South (Aurora).
