take the train from malmø airport to malmø central station and then change trains there to copenhagen.
ryanair also has a shuttle that is rather overpriced when you consider they try to market themselves as a budget company.

Malmö Airport? Do you mean Sturup? There is no train to Sturup, only bus 110.

Indeed Claus, there is no train. Kastrup wants to join forces with Sturup (just like they've already formed Copenhagen-Malmö Port for shipping) but Kastrup then demands a rail connection to Sturup and that's sadly not a priority for the Swedish infrastructure politics...they think they've given Skåne enough with the City Tunnel money. Annoying since it's only 4 kilometres or so of NEW track needed, the rest already exists in one way or another...
So, meanwhile, the airport bus to Malmö Central station is what's most frequent but there is indeed the 737 Greyhound connection straight to Copenhagen to match Ryanair arrivals.
