We're arriving at Treviso Airport at approx 3.00 p.m. on Sat 26th July and need to get to a campsite at treporti, which I understand is near Lido de Jessolo. There are 10 of us (two families) with luggage and we'd prefer to use public transport if possible. Any advice on best way to do this please?

There are buses from Treviso airport to Cavallino-Treporti (and Lido di Jesolo), see http://www.move2sea.com/inglese/index.html
