and bars and restaurants and cinemas and nightclubs. Hey, its a great place to live

The best one I have found is in the Al Jazira Supermarket in Umm al Hassam (Manama), good selection of new and classics. But everyone has a gazillion satellite TV channels here as well

Thanks so much, can you tell me the avg. cost of renting a movie?
In Beirut it was like 50-75 cents US, I am assuming it is more expensive in Bahrain...

around BD1 to BD2 (BD1 = $2.4)

also VERY expensive to buy dvds here. You can get pirated ones in the suq but they are crap
