Hello, I will go to Turkey in the beginning of October. My question is are there any bus services from Denizli to Selcuk and how about the schedule? and from selcuk to ephesus, I'm pretty sure that there are buses, but how about its schedule? and from Selcuk to Istanbul are there any train or I have to go by bus and when will I arrive istanbul. I heard that it's about 10 hrs. Thanks

Transportation by bus is the best way to travel through Turkey. Trains are very slow and unconfortable. Two busagencies drive from Istanbul (Yeni Otogar) to Denizli: Denizli Seyahat (perron 19) and Pamukkale (perron 41/42). And yes the trip takes about 10 hrs. You will see that a lot of people take the night bus.

I think you can better travel from Istanbul to Selcuk en from there to Denizle (Pamukkale). From Istanbul to Selcuk there are two bus agencies: Dogan (perron 25) and Varan. The busses stop at first in Bursa, Izmir and drive direct to Selcuk. Selcuk is quit touristic so it will be easy to find there a bus to Pamukkale.
