| Sedona | Any update on fire north of Sedona near Oak Creek Canyon? Posted: Tue June 27, 2006 04:03 AM UTC
Hi, last week I heard on the news that there was a big fire that started in a camp site north of Sedona and they had closed off Hwy 89A. Does anyone know if they were able to put the fire out? I'll be headed that way next week...

It's been contained 100%...everything is safe and people are going back to their homes after being evacuated. GREAT NEWS!
Check out www.azcentral.com for local news. By the way...expect 110 degree weather. ;)
