There are a few bars i think. There is one, Key West, in Dirk Boutslaan. On ine day in the week in Diestsestraat there is a gay night in a bar named C&C. Sometimes there are also parties in Rumba or in Lido (but therefor you will notice publicity in the streets). In leuven there is a kind of gay organisation that is named "driekant". Better search for that
