| Guam | Travel to Guam by boat Posted: Fri June 23, 2006 08:40 AM UTC
We have booked a cruise starting from Guam on the 19th of December. We will spend November and early December in Hawaii. Our problem is we are afraid of flying, and so far have not been able to find a boat of any kind, even a freighter, for the trip to Guam. We are willing to break the trip in several segments, and we have time. Are there any boats from any islands going to Guam at this time of year? We are willing to fly several short segments (2 hour max). Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Hope to hear from you.

I don't think you will find a boat to Guam from Hawaii -- unless you are on a freight liner or you sail a boat yourself. But it will take long. (I took a cruise from Japan to Guam & that took almost 3 days, while a plane will be 3 hours).
As for flying, I'm sure you know that HI to Guam (@ 7hours). You may want to contact Continental Micronesia (subsidiary of Continental Air) about their Island Hopper flight, but I don't think you will find anything with only 2 hours. Good luck.
