Hello,
Please recommend a good taxi company in Grenoble
(i.e., lowest cost) from Grenoble to Bourg d'Oisans.
I would normally take VFD bus but I arrive late in Grenoble,
after the last scheduled bus. Thank you.

As far as I know, there are no taxi companies in Grenoble but independant taxi drivers and they practice all the same price, at least in town. For an out of town ride, at night, may be you can negotiate the price in advance with the first taxi in the row but I have never practiced that (of course, I drive MY car!).
Mey be you might consider spending the night in one of the hotels in front of the station and take the bus next morning, depending of the prices.
