Do the buses have schedules and locations where they pick people up at. What about operational hours?

There are the big blue government owned busses that do run on a route and schedule system. There are 2 pickup points in the city of Bridgetown that take you to the South Coast and the West Coat and the central and far reaches of the island. through out that system of busses there are bus stops marked by signs that say either To City or Out of City .. City is Bridgetown so I'm sure you can figure out what the signs mean.

I do not believe there is any printed material that you can get from the transport board. I think you kind of just have to ask people which is the best bus to take depending on where you want to go.
