A few weeks ago www.visitsanmario.com still had an English version but I guess they just have a new layout and no English version yet. Where can I see the bus schedule from Rimini to San Marino? When is the first bus?

Well, if you go to http://www.visitsanmarino.com/default.asp?id=37 and click on Orari Bus (fairly far down the page), you'll get a zip file that contains a jpg of a 2-year-old bus schedule...I don't know how useful that will be...however, I'm guessing that there's still a bus (#72, I see) that runs about every hour or hour and a half or so from Rimini train station to San Marino...
