| Brighton | second hand kids stuff Posted: Mon June 19, 2006 04:02 AM UTC
I'm visiting Brighton and I wanted to get some kids stuff that I need for the summer, but I only want it secondhand. Can anyone give me any suggestions in Brighton and/or surrounding areas?

Depends what sort of kids' stuff. If you mean cots/ pushchairs/ high chairs etc then it is sometimes possible to hire these (try googling for 'cot hire brighton') or look in the local paper for individuals selling them. If you mean toys/books/clothes, then local charity shops are the best places to look.

Yeah, you can buy stuff at charity shops on north road and western road. There are several of them there. You can also try the flea market which is generally open on Sat - Sun 9-5 I guess.

try charity shops or look in the Friday Ad (our free Friday paper available for most newsagents).
