Do you mean Portree, Isle of Skye?

If so, this is not an easy journey. It would involve about 12 hours of travelling. You would need either to take a train to Birmingham and change to the Glasgow train. From there take a bus (usually called a 'coach' in UK) from Glasgow Coach Station to Portree.

Alternatively, you could travel south by train to Heathrow Airport and fly to Glasgow or Aberdeen, then take a coach from there.

If you are over 21 you could hire a car, but remember that UK roads are very congested. It would be a long drive to do in one day.

Take the bus to London Heathrow airport (Birmingham is closer but has less flights).

Fly from Heathrow to Inverness on BMI

From Inverness you can catch a bus to Portree with a journey time of just over 3 hours.

If you are driving the use the routefinder on the AA website.
