| Pittsburgh | Evening Activities Posted: Wed June 14, 2006 08:04 PM UTC
I will be stopping in Pittsburgh with a group of high school age youth on Saturday, July 8. We are looking for something fun to do or see. In the past we have spent the evening at Staion Square but are looking for something less touristy. Ideally the location would include a choice of restaurants. We will also end our evening with a ride on the incline. Beautiful view of the city at night. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My wife and I really enjoyed the markets and a huge choice of restaurants in the stip district. It's very easy to find and locals use the are as well as tourists.

Walk around on Craig Street at night...
Go down to the point! The area near the new Pirate's stadium is lovely...The views from Mount Washington are stunning (people love getting wedding pictures done there)
