| Aleppo | From Adana to Aleppo Posted: Mon June 12, 2006 05:31 PM UTC
I am staying in Turkey and wish to travel from Adana to Aleppo (and then to Damascus). What is the best way to get to Aleppo from Adana? How long does it take?

There is a once weekly train that passes through Adana from Istanbul on its way to Aleppo.
The bus is more convienient-take one to Antakya then get a service taxi over the border and on to Aleppo. There is now a new otogar in Antakya on the outskirts, the taxis still leave from the old one downtown-the far to Aleppo is a little less than $20 John www.johnwreford.com
