hello i was wondering if anyone could tell me how much the security dispot is at the Golden Tulip hotel thanks you very much

I only can tell you all rooms have a mini locker for valueables (kluisje).

sorry i was meaning a dispot you give to the hotel but you get back after you check out incase u damage the room do you know what i mean?

Ah, like downpayment. I think all they need is your creditcard number.
I never had to pay a dispot at any Golden Tulip.

From the Golden Tulip chain website:

When making an on-line reservations, we need a credit card at the time of the reservation request to process the reservation. The credit card is only being used to secure, hold or guarantee the reservation until the guest arrives. It will not be charged, unless you fail to cancel your reservation within the time of the cancellation policy of the hotel.
