| Lagos | Bar Jobs and Partying In Lagos Posted: Wed June 7, 2006 03:41 AM UTC
Hey all,
I am really looking to head to Lagos to work, party and surf next year. Just wanted someone to answer a few questions for me about cash and jobs. If I arrive in March will it of gotten busy yet for partying and finding work or should I wait till May ? How much cash you usually make, is it enough to pay rent / pay for booze? Is it warm in March yet ? Thanks Heaps |

hey, donīt know how is march in lagos, but i came there last summer at the end of june and didnīt have any problems with finding a job. i would be more concerned about finding a nice cheap appartment near the city center, because the prices get higher with every day :) u can make up to 30 euros a day, i was earning around 33 in a really nice restaurant. and if u find a job in a bar, donīt worry abt paying for booze. sometimes i had a feeling ppl behind bar were more drunk than me :)))and...idonīt think itīs really busy already in march, i stayed till beginning of september and after 29th of august, the town was already little bit deserted :)
