I dont know of any kareoke places, but check out Cherry St (aka 15th Street). There are a few blocks of decent restaurants and bars.

SimplySue,
The best source to find Karaoke is going to be the Urban Tulsa Weekly newspaper. It contains complete and up-to-date listings on all kinds of entertainment choices in Tulsa. This week's edition shows 27 different venues offering Karaoke at least one night of the week. Included are 71st Street Depot (Th. & Sat.), Cowboy Sharkies (Sun., Tues. & Fr.) and Elephant Run (Mon, Wed. & Fri.). Get out and enjoy! -BixB P.S. I don't think a single one of the 27 clubs listed is on Cherry Street!
