Hello all,

I am visiting Bilbao in June for a spot of surfing in San Sebastian but would like to stop off at the Guggenheim on my way. I'm arriving at the airport and know that I can take a direct bus to the museum but where can I store my luggage? I will have a surf board (in a bag) with me and a suitcase.
I will then need to get from the museum to the bus station for my bus to San Sebastian.
Any tips as to how I can make this journey run smoothly?

I think there are only lockers at the bus station which may not be big enough for a surf board, but you can apparently leave luggage at the railway station, if this is still current:

I can't recall any large luggage points that will take a surfboard at the airport, bus or train stations. You might be better off going to S Sebastian and taking a morning or afternoon to return to Bilbao for the museum. Don't choose Monday. It's closed. ALSA bus is about an hour from Bilbao to San Sebastian.
