Berchtesgaden Travel Forum

We stayed at a great place in Loipl just outside Berchtesgaden a couple of years ago. Unforunately it's since stopped doing holiday rentals, but my family and my sister's family (5 adults, 3 children, 1 toddler) are looking for a similar Bavarian retreat. Ideally it would be more rural than urban, and in the Berchtesgadener-land. We're looking for a couple of weeks in August 2007, and have looked on the internet, and seen some places, but none that are ideal. Therefore, I'm hoping somehwere out there is someone who knows of a private rental (or one I simply haven't stumbled on yet), and can point me in their direction.

We just got back from Bayrisch Gmain, about 10 minutes drive from Loipl.The house we stayed in has several apartments for rent, so your family and your sister's family could each rent one. Have a look here:
