I read somewhere that the Hue festival happen from 3-11 Jun. I will be in HoiAn till 8 Jun before onwards to Hanoi. That being the case, it makes sense to stop by Hue to experience the festival. I have reserve 8-11 Jun. Is this too much?

How do I go from HoiAn to Hue???? Is it better to arrange via travel agent for the transport + accommodation in this case?

Which are the hotels will be good during the festival and what must be visited?

Festival Hue is a special occation of the year. If until now, you still haven't reserved accommodation in Hue, I'm afraid it's too late. At present, It's very difficult to get a room in Hue city.
But maybe you are lucky, and you have room. Noone can know. Try your best with some travel agents if they can give you a room in Hue.
And for transportation, you can take a local bua or open bus from HoiAn to Hue, that' the cheapest way but seems like you are stuffed inside buses.... Can arrange a private car with travel agent, it's not too expensive.
When you are in Hue, you will know which is must-see place, beacause now Hue is very beautifull with thousands of activties. Introductions are everywhere.
