Kinshasa issues

Hi, guys, I plan to work in Kinshasa, I wonder how much it cost to live in Kinshasa for each months.

1.How much everything costed. Accommodation, food, transportion,and other issues about live a life there.

2.How about the secruity issues there? I was told that there are no laws there. In fact , there are lows there, but no one follows it.

Instead protecting the people there, the troops always blackmail the people there.Is it a big problem for businessmen there?

3. I was told that the only way for communicate with others there are cellphone. So , how much a cellphone in Kinshasa? What kind of brand is popular in Kinshasa?
